WE ARE SEEKING A STORE MANAGER & ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
In this role, you will need to:
- Connect and understand the unique brands we offer our customers in all the departments we offer.
- Customer service that goes above and beyond to ensure our customers return.
- Build and maintain a genuine bond with your staff to help them grow and develop.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Trustworthy and honest personality.
- Highly experienced in stock management and visual merchandising.
- Experience with managing rosters and general administration.
- Availability to work alternate weekends/public holidays.
What you'll bring to the role?
You will need:
- Experience in a similar role (2-3 years), in large format retail, as Department Manager, Store Manager, or Assistant Manager.
- Be a natural communicator and be comfortable managing people.
- Have a great track record in achieving sales targets.
- Be an empathetic leader who gets a kick out of seeing your team & store thrive.
- Deliver our customers an outstanding experience.
- Inspire, coach, and develop all team members.
- Ensure your store maintains visual merchandising standards.
