Amalia was an absolute delight to deal with. We were looking for a kitchen trolley. There was 1 left assembled and on display which she said we could purchase. We then continued shopping as she was going to put it up the front for us. We found a wicker basket with lid and my hubby noticed a Christmas tree just the size we wanted. Another helpful lady whose name I did not get this was the only tree left and again she got the tree down for us. Amalia actually helped us carry our stuff out to the car!! We didn’t even have to ask and she had even given the trolley a wipe down. The young lady who did our transaction was very nice too. We have got a few things from there in the past and have never had any issues.

Basically like Kmart, you go in wanting one thing but end up finding 100 other things! My go to when I need something that’s either small, craft based, cooking based or seasonal like Xmas and Halloween! Kids always have a good time here as they always find something exciting they want. Some things are higher priced but better quality than the equivalent you’d get from Kmart or reject shop etc

If you plan to buy at Victoria's Basement make sure you step into this shop before buying from there. Fantastic product line and great prices too. Well stocked up and you will be pleasantly surprised with the goods inside this shop. Great customer service as well. And yes do buy some of the incense sticks. They smell great particularly the Opium and Rose ones.

For us vertically challenged folks it’s great when stock is put so high out of reach that trying to use a gift wrapping roll as a rod to knock down the gift bag is futile. Then you call out to an employee ask for help, ready the gift wrapping roll in case he needs help getting the gift bag down. You put it back half way down the aisle, he won’t need it. Who ever hired this fellow struck gold. First photo doesn’t look so high and the second photo added my 5ft self for context 😂

Go get yourself this winter for the CHEAPEST but good quality winter stuff they got mittens, fuzzy socks, beanies, and oodies and cozy pyjamas They have so many choices and you can feel the materials. bought for myself and my parents and its literal gems. Cost starts at $8 for a socks and oodie just at $20??? I’ve never seen anything so affordable Girls working there also promptly advised me on refund policy before checking out too on the items and I think thats so helpful that a lot of places do not do who has so many products thank you for that! i got 4 products for cost of $45. absolute bargain

Got a balloon arrangement done at Castle Hill on Friday and they did such an amazing job. The girl that did them was really helpful and did such a good job, i think her name was Anita, or Anika. Amazing place.

Last night, I found myself with an unforeseen challenge. My last pen had begun to come dry. With panic running through my blood I was unsure of how to rectify this issue, but I remembered of an establishment I could recall was located a short drive away in the HomeMaker Centre. Ronis was ready and rearing to provide me with a solution for not only the obstacle I had known I had, but every difficulty I could think to ever face. I walk into the store and am greeted by a tall lad in a blue shirt, and he directs me to where I would find the pens that I so desperately needed. I walk into this aisle and am again greeted kindly by a big fella with a welcoming smile who seemed to be being trained during this shift. Despite his apparent newness to the occupation, he was kind and helped me discover stationary I didn't even know I needed. I walked out of this store with my panic transforming into ecstasy. My newly discovered 'Mechanical Pencil' even participated in writing the draft of this review. I am egregiously thankful to the two blighters who allowed my Thursday night to be turned around from a night to forget to a night I will remember forever.

Made an online order it arrived safe and sound, packed really well also. I rang the store and spoke with Becky who knew exactly what it was I needed and went out of her way to help me with the ordering process! Very polite and friendly. Will definitely order from again 10/10 Thanks !!
